Responsibilities

For Teachers:

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs.

Foster a positive learning environment to enhance student understanding.

Assess and monitor student progress through assignments and assessments.

Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and activities.

Communicate effectively with parents to discuss students’ academic performance and overall development.

For Non-Teaching Positions:

Academic Counsellor: Provide guidance to students for academic growth and career planning.

Telecalling Executive: Assist in outreach and communication with parents and stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

For Teaching Positions:

Relevant qualifications such as B.Ed., M.Ed., or subject-specific postgraduate degrees.

Strong command over the subject and effective classroom management skills.

Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

For Non-Teaching Positions:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant experience in the role is a plus.
