1. Academic Coordinator / HOD (Head of Department)

Are you an experienced educational leader with a flair for curriculum development, team management, and academic innovation? As an Academic Coordinator or Head of Department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the academic programs, mentoring teachers, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning within your respective department. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of teachers within your department.
• Develop, review, and implement curriculum in alignment with the school's educational philosophy and national standards.
• Oversee lesson planning, classroom delivery, and assessment strategies to ensure effective teaching and learning.
• Conduct regular teacher training and professional development programs to enhance pedagogical skills.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and implement remedial measures.
