1. Headmistress – Pre-Primary Section

Responsibilities:

Oversee the operations and academic management of the Pre-Primary wing.

Ensure smooth implementation of the school curriculum with age-appropriate learning strategies.

Train and support teachers in executing lesson plans and classroom management.

Act as a liaison between parents, students, and teaching staff.

Encourage innovation in teaching methods and child-centric pedagogy.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience as a pre-primary coordinator or headmistress.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

2. Pre-Primary Teacher

Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging lesson plans for early learners.

Use interactive teaching aids to develop language, numeracy, and motor skills.

Track student progress and maintain assessment records.

Collaborate with parents to ensure all-round development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree with ECCE/NTT or equivalent teacher training certification.

Passionate about working with young children.

Creative and patient with strong classroom management skills.

3. Mother Teacher (for Foundational Classes)

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary teacher for foundational-grade students.

Integrate multiple subjects into a cohesive and nurturing learning journey.

Requirements:

Degree in Education with experience in integrated learning or early-grade teaching.
