Roles and Responsibilities

As a Headmistress, you will play a crucial role in managing the academic, administrative, and co-curricular activities of your designated wing. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Academic Leadership:
Implement and oversee curriculum planning, teaching methodologies, and learning outcomes.

Teacher Management:
Guide, mentor, and evaluate teachers to maintain the highest standards of teaching quality.

Student Development:
Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for student growth in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.

Administrative Duties:
Manage schedules, timetables, examinations, and school events efficiently.

Parent Communication:

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. or M.Ed.
