1. Principal

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal, preferably in a CBSE school.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Should be computer literate and well-versed with modern teaching methodologies.

Ability to inspire teachers and students while ensuring the smooth functioning of academic and administrative processes.

2. Vice Principal

Must hold a Master’s Degree with B.Ed.

Should have been a PGT in a recognized school for at least 3 years in the last 10 years.

Should have a total teaching experience of not less than 9 years.

Excellent academic vision, team management skills, and ability to coordinate with Principal and staff members for effective administration.

3. Headmistress

Must be a Trained Graduate Teacher with exceptional leadership qualities.

Minimum 10 years of teaching experience at the primary level and above.

Strong administrative and mentoring skills to guide teachers and maintain discipline while ensuring academic excellence.

4. Coordinator

Should be a Trained Graduate Teacher.

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the primary level and above.

Must possess good organizational skills, team spirit, and the ability to coordinate between teachers, parents, and students.
